NHS Lanarkshire Careers Information Event

NHS Lanarkshire recognises the importance of engaging our future Workforce at the earliest opportunity to support our aim we are hosting an NHS Careers Information Evening.
Information will be available from a wide variety of Careers these include;
Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Theatres, Healthcare Support Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians, Radiographers, Biomedical Scientists, Pharmacy, Psychology, Health Promotion, Dentists.
This is a unique opportunity for young people from 2nd year up to meet NHS Professionals who carry out these roles and speak to them about careers in specific areas, in particular they can ask questions about what it’s really like to work in a particular job role and/or location. Parents and teachers involved in providing careers advice are also welcome.
We would like to invite any young person from your school who is particularly interested in working in the NHS.
There have been time slots allocated for arrival at the event to help manage numbers but people can stay as long as they wish.
Carluke High School has been allocated 5.15pm.
