Flourish Programme Information
Flourish is a 12 week youth work programme that provides young people to take part in floristry based workshop and learn a new skill in floristry in order to develop their confidence and well-being throughout the programme. Young people are supported and encouraged by youth workers to enhance their personal and social development. Flourish work in partnership with the participants to make progress towards a positive pathway, which allows the young people involved to set and achieve their goals through individual learning plans.
Young people can put their skills learned into practice by taking part in Flourish Social Enterprise opportunities.
In addition, participants can volunteer and deliver floristry workshops to their peers and community.
