This version of our website has now been up and running for a year and has proved extremely popular to a whole variety of visitors near and far. This has included enquires and comment from various corners of the world including former pupils and prospective parents moving back to Scotland.

The main purpose of the site is to provide a source of accurate, up-to-date information on the events and activities of the school. Over the course of the last year we have used a variety of different ways to improve our communication with parents and the wider community about what is happening in Carluke High School. The feedback we have received suggests that this has been very much appreciated.

We want Carluke High School to be the best it can be and are very committed to making this happen, however, we cannot do this alone. Successful schools are built on high quality partnerships between pupils, parents, staff and the wider community. Although we already have successful partnerships we are certainly not complacent and have a number of plans to develop these still further. We are always looking to improve and definitely do not have a monopoly on good ideas!
