Code of conduct
All members of the community have the right to be treated with
respect and to work in a clean safe environment
Therefore:
Pupils must not disturb the learning of others.
They must move around the Library quietly and carefully.
They must not bring food and drink into the library.
Pupils should also make sure that they:
- Check books out of the library properly before they leave.
- Return materials to the Library when due, or renew them.
- Never cut, glue, write or draw on a library book.
- Always have clean hands when handling books.
- Use a bookmark. Do not fold the pages over.
- If a book is damaged tell the Librarian.
