On the 20th of September S5 and 6 Geography pupils went on an excursion to several sites in Glasgow. The purpose of this trip was to gather information which will be used for National 5 and Higher Assignments. All pupils worked in groups to gather information including traffic counts, questionnaires and environmental quality surveys. We visited Eaglesham, Newton Mearns, Buchanan Street and Glasgow Fort. All pupils will now be able to use this experience to produce an Assignment which is worth a significant percentage of their overall grade.
