Social Subjects Club (New)
Social Studies Club (S1-S3) is back on every Monday. We will be starting a project on Carluke. Come along with your lunch and join us in B104. We are welcoming old members and we are looking forward to seeing some new faces!
S4/5/6 BT Career Open Day (16.1.18)

BT Open Day (New)
On the 7th February BT are holding an open day to hear about up and coming apprenticeships (Field Engineering, Power Engineering, IT, Openreach Trainee, Customer Experience, Desk Based Engineer and Vehicle Technicians). On the day you will have the chance to speak with department heads, hear a short presentation on the various opportunities, get a tour of the centre and a Q&A with current Apprentice’s.

Mandarin Club – Wednesday lunchtimes 1:15-1:45 (New)
Did you know that Chinese Mandarin is, after Spanish, ranked as the most important language for people in the UK to know? From this Wednesday, come along to B205 on Wednesday lunchtimes for our Mandarin Club! A native Mandarin Chinese speaker is leading the club, and you will find out about China’s fascinating country and culture in a relaxed and fun environment as well as learning to speak some of the language. Open to all, and feel free to bring your lunch! (16.1.18)

S1 – S3 School of Football (Reminder)
A reminder for all pupils involved in the school of football programme that training afterschool will resume this week;

S1 Friday 12:45 – 2pm
S2 Wednesday 3:45 – 5pm
S3 Wednesday 3:45 – 5pm

Please speak with Mr Smith in the PE department if you are unable to attend any of the training sessions.

S5/6 (16+) Career in the Police (Reminder)
If you might be thinking about a career with Police Scotland please speak to your Pupil Support teacher asap as there is an opportunity to take part in a training day which involves a presentation and demonstrations on Firearms, Public Order and Officer Safety Training. Spaces are limited.(15.01.18)

Elior UK at Rangers Football Club are currently recruiting the following staff to work within Ibrox Stadium on matchdays for the 2017/18 season: (5.1.18)

- Cooks
- Stock Room Assistants
- Cleaners

There will be a drop-in recruitment event held on Tuesday 16 January 2018, between 4pm – 7pm in the Ibrox Suite at Ibrox Stadium. There is no need to register your attendance. If you are interested in any of the above positions, please drop in between the times stated.
