Period Products

Scotland is the first country in the world to protect in law the right to access free period products for anyone who needs them. This is to alleviate period poverty. We make different types of period products available so they can be freely accessible from a number of locations in the school, without people having to ask for them.

Also we are a pilot school to offer students period pants. Period pants are a reusable period product that last for years and can hold around 20ml of blood. They can be worn just like regular underwear and are an alternative to single-use menstrual products.
